WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BUY?
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes the details of your order. Orders are shipped approximately 7-10 business days after the order is placed. (Excluding weekends and holidays.) We make products in smaller batches and there may be a delay in shipment if any of the items you order are not in stock. Additionally, we often source ingredients from other countries and their arrival times to our fulfillment center can create a longer than expected ship time. Please be patient. If you placed an order with us, it will ship.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS?
We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail or First Class.

 

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are only able to track orders placed within the United States. Once customer orders leave the U.S. borders, we are unable to retrieve specific tracking information to retrieve the item's exact location. International orders are "at your own risk" because we are unable to guarantee delivery and or location once the package arrives oversees. We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds or ship replacement orders to any lost international orders.
